Return & Refund Policy For Online Store Item Only
1. Good sold is not refundable.
2. For product exchange:
- We only accept product exchange within 3 days from the date customer receive their product. The packaging of the return product should be in original condition and in original shipping container as received. If the product has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any return or refund of store credit.
- Shipment charges for exchange of product will be borne by customer.
- We will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
- Once we have received the return product, the return product will be checked to confirm the product as in good and original condition before we process for issuing store credit to customer account.
- Store credit will be credited into customer account for customer to make a new purchase. No cash withdrawal is allow for the store credit.
- Time frame for store credit to be credited into customer account depending on the mode of the payment the customer used during purchase of the product
- Credit / debit card payment
- It will take 5-15 working days for the store credit to be reflected in your account (depending on your card billing cycle).
- Online Banking
- It will take 1-3 working days for the store credit to be reflected in your account
- Credit / debit card payment
3. For product damage
- If the external packaging of the delivered parcel is visibly damage:
- Step 1: Take the clear photo of the external damage packaging from few angles and WhatsApp to us at 014-9002833 or email us at order.yeolianheng@gmail.com.
- Step 2: Ask if the courier can wait for you to check the inner condition of the product. Check the product carefully. Reject the package if it is damaged.
- Step 3: Customer will need to take clear photo of the damage product from few angles before return the damage parcel to the courier. Please share the photo to us via WhatsApp or email for parcel claiming purpose.
- If the product is found damaged after the courier is left.
- Step 1: Take a clear external packaging and damage product photo from few angles and WhatsApp or email to us within 24 hours from the time customer received the product.
- Step 2: Customer will need to take clear picture of the damage product from few angle and WhatsApp or email to us.
- Any complaint of product make after 3 days from the date you received will not be entertained.
